- Respond to patient and clinic inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Troubleshoot booking and account issues
- Escalate complex cases and track resolution
- Maintain a 95%+ satisfaction score
Customer Success Manager
Own the relationship with our clinic partners. Help them get the most out of the platform, drive adoption, and turn happy clinics into long-term partners.
- Onboard new clinics and guide them through setup
- Monitor clinic performance and suggest optimizations
- Build strong relationships with clinic owners and managers
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium features
Content & Marketing Specialist
Tell our story and grow our audience. Create content that educates patients, attracts clinics, and positions DentistNearMeDubai as the go-to platform for dental care in the UAE.
- Plan and create blog posts, social media, and email campaigns
- Manage SEO strategy and organic growth
- Collaborate with the product team on launch campaigns
- Track performance metrics and optimize content
Business Development Representative
Grow our clinic network across the UAE. Identify, reach out to, and sign new dental clinics to the platform. You will be the engine behind our supply-side growth.
- Research and identify high-potential clinics
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Present the platform value proposition to clinic decision-makers
- Close partnership agreements and hand off to Customer Success
