    Important Note: DentistNearMeDubai is a booking platform, not a healthcare provider. We do not access, store, or process your clinical dental records, treatment plans, X-rays, or medical history maintained by dental clinics. Those records are governed by the clinic's own privacy policies and UAE healthcare regulations.

    Health data is classified as "sensitive personal data" under UAE law. We process health data based on:
