From anywhere on the site, click Sign In in the header and choose Patient Login. On the login screen, switch to Register. You can sign up with email/password or Google.

How do I reset my password?

Go to Sign In → Patient Login, click Forgot password?, enter your email to receive a reset code, then create a new password.

How do I add my insurance information?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Insurance and ID Cards to add your insurance provider. Your information will be securely stored for future appointments.

You'll receive reminders via:

Email: A confirmation email immediately after booking, plus a reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

SMS (if enabled): Text message reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before your appointment.

To manage your notification preferences:

1) Go to Dashboard → Settings → Notifications.

2) Enable or disable email and SMS reminders.

Make sure your contact information is up to date to receive reminders.
