How do I cancel an appointment?
If you need to cancel your appointment, follow these steps.

1) Go to Dashboard → My Appointments.
2) Find the appointment you want to cancel and click Cancel.
3) Confirm your cancellation when prompted.
Important notes:
- Some clinics may have a cancellation policy requiring 24-48 hours notice.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee depending on the clinic's policy.
- We recommend rescheduling instead of canceling if you still need dental care.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your appointment is cancelled.
