How do I create a DentistNearMeDubai account?

From anywhere on the site, click Sign In in the header and choose Patient Login. On the login screen, switch to Register. You can sign up with email/password or Google.

How do I book an appointment?

Select your preferred dentist, choose an available time slot, and confirm your booking. You will receive an instant confirmation via email.

How do I search for a dentist near me?

Use our search bar to enter your location, service type, or dentist name. Filter results by specialty, availability, ratings, and insurance acceptance.

How do I reset my password?

Go to Sign In → Patient Login, click Forgot password?, enter your email to receive a reset code, then create a new password.

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Insurance and ID Cards to add your insurance provider. Your information will be securely stored for future appointments.

How do I update or remove my insurance?

Keep your insurance information current for accurate coverage.

To update your insurance:

1) Go to Dashboard → Settings → Insurance and ID Cards.

2) Click on the insurance card you want to edit.

3) Update the details and click Save.

To remove insurance:

1) Go to Dashboard → Settings → Insurance and ID Cards.

2) Click the Delete button on the insurance card you want to remove.

3) Confirm the removal when prompted.

Note: Removing insurance won't affect your past appointments, but you'll need to add it again for future bookings.
