Patients, how can we help?

My account is locked. How do I get back into it?

Account lockouts usually happen after too many sign-in attempts, an incomplete verification step, or a role mismatch (patient vs clinic).

First, make sure you’re signing in as the right account type: click Sign InPatient Login (patients) or Clinic Login (clinic owners). Using the wrong path can look like “the account doesn’t work”.

If you’re a patient and you can’t sign in with email/password, reset your password: go to Patient Login and click Forgot password? (this takes you to `/patient/forgot`). Follow the reset steps and try signing in again.

If you see a “too many attempts”/rate-limit style message, wait a few minutes and try again (this is a temporary security lock).

If you use two-factor authentication and are asked for a code, enter the code from your authenticator app and ensure your device time is set correctly.
