How do I add my insurance information?

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Insurance and ID Cards to add your insurance provider. Your information will be securely stored for future appointments.

Q: How do I create a DentistNearMeDubai account?

From anywhere on the site, click Sign In in the header and choose Patient Login. On the login screen, switch to Register. You can sign up with email/password or Google.

How do I change the name and other information on my account?

You can update your personal details anytime from your patient dashboard.

1) Open Dashboard.

2) Go to Settings → Personal Information.

3) Update your first name, last name, phone, date of birth, and gender, then click Save.

Notes:

- Your email is tied to how you sign in and is shown as read-only in settings. If you need to change it, contact support via Settings → Privacy.

- If you signed up with email/password, you’ll also see Change Password on the Personal Information screen.
