How do I delete or deactivate my account?
You can request permanent account deletion from your Privacy settings. Once deleted, your account and appointment history can’t be recovered.

1) Open Dashboard → Settings → Privacy.
2) Scroll to Delete Your Information and Account.
3) Click Delete My Account and follow the confirmation steps.
For security, we may send a confirmation code to your registered email or phone before completing the deletion.
If you’re not ready to delete your account, you can also adjust privacy controls (like opting out of non-essential tracking) in the same Privacy section.
